We accept returns on all unopened and unused items within 10 days of purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges on our Black Label - Exclusiva custom items. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage (including the box) is submitted to us within 48 hrs of delivery.
All sale products are final sale and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
Due to the nature of some of our products and their low melting point, we only ship candles and butters Monday through Wednesday, in order to avoid your purchase from melting in a hot facility over the weekend. We do ask for 3-5 business days to ship, especially as the holiday shopping season and COVID-19 slow down operations. We appreciate your patience.
RECYCLING / REPURPOSING POLICY
We strongly encourage our customers to reduce their impact on the planet. We carefully choose our vessels specifically so they can be reused or repurposed. As such, when you purchase our candles, we promise always to take your vessel back and refill it. Likewise, if you return your body butter jar or spray bottle, we will refill it and send it back to you, all at a discounted rate. We cover the shipping to you, you cover the shipping to us. Just make sure your vessel is still in good condition, not cracked or scratched. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know which vessel you'd like to refill and we'll send you the invoice to pay before shipping your vessel back to us. Of course, if you're local, we can work with you on this one ;-)
CAN I REUSE MY VESSEL?
Not only is it reusable, we encourage you to reuse it. When your vessel is empty, send it back, still in good condition, free from scratches or cracks, and we'll help you repurpose it or refill it for you at a discount. Don't worry, we sanitize it before we send it back to you. We'll even split the shipping!
I REALLY LOVE A CERTAIN FRAGRANCE, BUT I WANT IT IN A DIFFERENT VESSEL. HOW CAN I MAKE THIS HAPPEN?

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN OR JUST CRUELTY FREE?
You would think they are one and the same, but they are not. Have no fear, my dear, all of our products are both free of animal products and were never tested on animals.
